We’re pleased to announce the addition of Rachel McCormack to the ISTS leadership team as Vice President of Staff. Rachel joins us with 20+ years of marketing and client management experience and in this new position, she will play a critical role in aligning strategy with execution, strengthening leadership partnerships and ensuring our operations consistently deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience – from onboarding to program success.
