  • Upcoming Website Maintenance

    Please be aware that we will be performing scheduled system maintenance on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 from 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM CST to implement essential hardware updates. These updates are necessary to ensure the continued reliability of our internal and external systems. During this period, program participants will not have access to the AIM application site. A maintenance notice will be posted on the website to alert participants and normal activity will resume after 8:00 AM CST.

  • Quarterly Client Newsletter Recap: Value Proposition

    In our latest newsletter, sent via e-mail by your Program Administrator/Coordinator between May 21-28, we presented the ISTS value proposition that drives our service model. We hope that your experience with ISTS exceeds expectations, but if you have feedback on how we can improve, we encourage you to share your thoughts in the next NPS survey (scheduled for July).
