  • Quarterly Client Newsletter Recap: Applicant Support Changes

    In our latest client newsletter, sent via e-mail by EVP of Operations Munyette Moore on November 1, we announced a key change to our applicant support model related to the escalation procedure for certain categories of inquiries. Effective December 2, our Program Support team will redirect the applicant to the client’s designated day-to-day contact for inquiries requiring a response from your organization such as appeals, special requests, selection details (i.e., denials) and proof of payment. ISTS will continue to provide multi-channel support to applicants for common inquiries related to application assistance, application status, program process, notifications and disbursement timeline.
