Ever since I was young, my parents instilled in me the importance of helping others as well as the need to have a good education. I mentored classmates, coworkers and friends growing up and always had a thirst for knowledge.
Since starting at ISTS in 2017, I have explored different roles which have all provided a deeper perspective of our applicant’s goals and experiences as they navigate their academic journey.
By working in these varied positions, I gained the knowledge of our Support Team and how our business processes can help improve the user experience by making it fun and easy to apply and receive assistance when necessary.
As an Applicant Experience Coordinator, I focus on enhancing training, resources and partnerships within our organization so we can better assist students and in turn, delight our clients with exemplary customer experience.
I am enthusiastic about learning, growing and mentoring members of our team. Working at ISTS offers me the opportunity to follow my passions and challenges me to continue gaining knowledge to better support our company growth.
I am extremely fortunate and honored to be part of such a wonderful team at ISTS, which has given me the chance to make a change in people’s lives and help them see their dreams come to fruition.
