ISTS was recently named a 2024 Top Workplace, a regional award granted by The Tennessean to organizations that stand out for their dedication to their team and the workplace experience. The Top Workplaces program is based solely on feedback from a company’s employees.
Feedback is captured by the Energage Workplace Survey, a research-backed survey that assesses a company’s organizational health. A 35% response rate to the confidential survey is required to be considered for Top Workplaces designation and nominees are evaluated on their workplace experience score – a measurement of the employee experience driven by culture themes like Closely Aligned, Enabled to Grow, and Fairly Valued.

This year’s 113 winners range in size from 35 employees to more than 400 staff. With 52 employees at the time of nomination, ISTS was recognized in the 35-124 company size group and ranked 17th out of 67 total employers. ISTS also made the Top Workplaces list in 2017 and 2018.
