ISTS is pleased to announce two key leadership promotions that reflect the organization’s continued commitment to strategic growth, operational excellence and exceptional service.
Matt Rompala has been promoted to President.

- In this role, he will take an even more active lead in long-term strategic planning, ensuring ISTS’ core values remain central to all business decisions. Matt began his tenure with ISTS in 2015 as Chief Sales Officer and later served as Chief Operating Officer from July 2020 to October 2025.
Munyette Moore has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

- In this role, she will continue driving the integration of technologies that enhance the client and applicant experience while maintaining ISTS’ signature high-touch approach to service. Munyette joined ISTS in 2018 as a Director of Client Services and served as Executive Vice President of Operations from July 2020 to October 2025.
