President

Matt Rompala is the President at ISTS, where he leads the company’s overall performance efforts. Matt has experience working for multiple Fortune 1000 companies in a variety of sales, brand, and business development roles. This experience allowed Matt to develop a business perspective that balances ISTS’ growth objectives with sustained success for the company’s employees and clients.

Matt’s business philosophy is to treat people fairly, keep a sharp focus on priorities and results, and operate with a high level of integrity. Matt has been with ISTS since 2015 and outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth sports.
