Becky Sharpe

Becky Sharpe is the CEO and owner of ISTS, where her passion is to help people grow. Since joining ISTS in 2002 as President and purchasing the company in 2008, Becky has instilled her unique approach to life and business into our culture and driven ISTS to become an award-winning provider of educational assistance management services.

Along with her role at ISTS, Becky is CEO and Co-owner of Collegiate Sports Data (CSD) – a company specializing in athletic data collection and distribution – and Partner in WatchGameFilm – a game film management platform – both of which strive to help athletes continue their education by facilitating recruitment to top colleges and universities.

Becky has served on several boards including Vistage International, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle TN, Girls Scouts of Middle TN, Nashville Coalition, Sister Cities of Nashville and Walk Bike Nashville. Becky also teaches an executive workshop on positive mindsets called A Sharper You. She encourages participants to explore eight facets to find balance and happiness in the every day: mindset, physical, nature, entourage, family, fiscal, community and timeline.

In her spare time, she enjoys biking, hiking, gardening and international travel. Becky has been married to Michael since 1988 and they are the proud parents of three adult children. Her go-to karaoke song is Patsy Cline’s ‘Walking After Midnight’.
